About the Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients, families and carers.
As the Registered Nurse, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based, patient-centred care.
- Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Develop collaborative care plans with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Deliver patient and carer education to promote informed decision-making.
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
- Mentor and support colleagues while maintaining your own professional development.
- Provide support to patients and families each day of the week , including weekends and on-call.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
- Completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient-centred nursing care.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, cultural respect and continuous professional development.
