REGISTERED NURSE – BENDIGO, VIC
Nurselink is currently seeking a reliable, compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis in Bendigo, Victoria.
About the Role
The successful applicant will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care and work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to ensure positive outcomes for patients/residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing safe and effective clinical care.
- Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring patient/resident wellbeing.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
- Communicating effectively with patients/residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Responding appropriately to changes in clinical condition.
- Ensuring compliance with professional, legislative and organisational requirements.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and various shifts.
