Assist with developing and planning all marine and land-based activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, island tours, and cultural experiences

Ensure the safety and well-being of team members and guests by enforcing safety regulations and maintaining well-functioning equipment and facilities

Help with hiring, training, and supervising team members for marine and tourism activities, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences

Assist with coordinating all tourism activities, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction

Support departmental budgets and implement marketing strategies to promote activities and achieve revenue targets

Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, marine science, or a related field
-
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, assisting with activities in a hospitality or tourism setting

Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of marine and tourism activities, including safety regulations and protocols

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service

Certification in relevant marine and tourism activities, such as PADI Dive Master or Instructor, Coxswain Grade 1 or higher, First Aid and CPR, Manuel Drivers Licence, and other relevant certifications
