- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our menu (sushi and a la carte)
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, freshness and presentation
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Provide guidance and support to other kitchen staff
- Assist the chef with menu planning and development as required
