About the Role
As the Village Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Hayman Colleague Village, home to over 360 rooms accommodating IHG colleagues, students, contractors and visitors.
Working closely with the Village Manager, you'll lead a team and oversee operations. You'll ensure a safe, welcoming and well-managed living environment while collaborating with resort departments to deliver an exceptional colleague experience.
Salary: $81,000
What we need from you
We're looking for an organised, people-focused leader with experience in accommodation, hospitality or village operations.
Experience in staff accommodation, hotels, resorts, villages or similar environments.
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
Experience managing payroll, rostering, budgets or operational administration.
Confidence handling colleague enquiries, performance and tenancy matters.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to service excellence and safety.
Luxury hotel or resort experience is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business (desirable).
Current Queensland Driver Licence.
Queensland RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
