About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to work along-side our highly skilled, friendly and energetic People, Culture and Performance team.

Drive recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all stakeholders.

Partner with leaders and staff across the recruitment process and employee lifecycle, providing HR advice, guidance, and support in line with best practice.

Maintain accurate and compliant HR data, systems, and reporting to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and change initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness in relation to recruitment systems.

Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and advising on Australian employment legislation, award interpretation, and enterprise agreements, including exposure to the SCHADS and VECTEA awards.

Extensive experience using HRIS platforms (ConnX and Humanforce experience highly desirable).

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level appointments, with sound judgement in stakeholder engagement and candidate assessment.

Skills and Experience Required

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources

Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or People and Culture role

Must have demonstrated knowledge of the SCHADS and VECTEA Awards

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
-
Experience in the community services, education, or ECEC sector highly regarded
