In this role you'll:
Work as part of a high-performing team delivering clear, targeted communication and engagement to support operational and service change across TSS. This role requires a self-directed operator who can manage multiple priorities, take ownership of outcomes, and flex between tactical delivery and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
You will plan, deliver and advise on communication strategies that help staff and clients understand and adopt process and service changes. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will proactively identify communication and change needs, step into gaps, and provide guidance to leaders where required.You will support and lead both tactical service delivery communications and broader enterprise change and transformation initiatives. This includes partnering with stakeholders to translate complex change into clear messaging, ensuring alignment, consistency and stakeholder confidence across the organisation.You will also work closely with the Executive Director to support internal employee engagement initiatives and contribute insights that shape communication approaches and improve outcomes.

About You
You are a self-starter who operates with a high degree of independence, while remaining collaborative and team-oriented.
You can manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly, balancing urgent operational needs with longer-term enterprise initiatives.
You bring strong experience in stakeholder engagement, confidently advising and influencing leaders across all levels.
You have demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end communication and change strategies, from tactical execution to enterprise-level planning.
You are proactive, solutions-focused, and willing to step in and support where needed
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
You understand communication channels and tools and can apply them effectively in fast-paced operational environments Experience in change management methodologies or training is highly regarded
