CARCO Midland are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our high-performing team.

Working across multiple leading automotive brands, you will support the New Vehicle Sales Manager in driving sales performance, developing the sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
As Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will:

Support the New Vehicle Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the sales department

Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
-
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist in closing sales opportunities
-
Assist with stock management, vehicle deliveries, and sales administration processes
-
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
-
Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer satisfaction
-
Assist in the training and development of sales consultants
-
Build strong customer relationships and effectively resolve customer concerns
About You
You are:

A proven automotive sales professional with demonstrated success in a dealership environment

An aspiring or experienced leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
-
Passionate about the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer service
-
Results-driven, commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
-
A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and administrative capability
-
Focused on continuously delivering results while exceeding customer expectations
-
Available to work late nights on Wednesdays and a half-day on Saturdays
Essential Requirements:

Current WA Driver's Licence
-
Vehicle Salesperson's Licence or Yard Manager's Licence

Proven success within a dealership sales environment
