We are looking for a highly motivated, professional Territory Manager with strong communication skills and a proven track record in meeting sales targets to join our team. With your existing broad knowledge of dentistry specifically dental laboratory, this role focuses on building relationships across private laboratories, along with public facilities. As the first point of contact for your customers, the role will focus on providing a high level of product support and service, from driving sales growth to identifying and generating leads for new business opportunities. When not travelling within your territory, you will be based from our Brisbane office and may work remotely as required

Your responsibilities

Consistently achieve established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Drive sales growth.

Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant products and solutions.

Participate in all promotional activities, conferences, lectures, exhibitions and training courses as required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in Salesforce.

Provide customer support through customer calls, product demonstrations, deliveries and technical assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Regularly review territory for performance and appropriate call rate priority.

Maintain up to date sales aids, literature, price lists, samples and demonstration items.

Organise and maintain an efficient sales cycle plan.
To be successful for this role you must:

Have previous experience as a dental technician.

Have a demonstrated track record of success in sales, or a strong interest and capability in developing a career in sales.

Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Demonstrate a strong results-driven mindset and the confidence to proactively seek and secure sales opportunities.

Demonstrate strong organisational skills.

Valid current driver's license.

Australian citizen or permanent resident/have full Australian working rights and currently be living in QLD.
