Restaurant / Floor Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant / Floor Supervisor to join our team.
The role is hands-on and guest-focused, overseeing floor service, hosting guests, supporting the team, and ensuring a great experience for every customer.
About You:
- Previous restaurant, floor supervisor or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident hosting and engaging with guests
- Ability to lead a team during busy service periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Well-presented and professional
- Current RSA
Responsibilities:
- Hosting and welcoming guests
- Supervising floor service and team performance
- Ensuring high service standards are maintained
- Assisting with reservations and customer enquiries
- Training and supporting FOH team members
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams
