The Melbourne Star Observation Wheel is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Experience Team Members to join our team at one of Melbourne's most iconic attractions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the guest experience, combining wheel operating and loading with exceptional customer service in our retail and admissions area.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you will:
· Safely operate the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel
· Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
· Safely load and unload guests from observation cabins
· Conduct daily operational and safety checks
· Monitor attraction operations throughout the day
· Scan admission tickets and assist with guest enquiries
· Promote and sell photos & merchandising
· Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
· Assist with emergency procedures when required
