About the role
As Nido Early School continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Area Manager to lead the way in delivering exceptional quality and fostering continuous improvement across a cluster of our Perth services. You will support the team, families and children to settle in to our purpose built Nido Services, embedding quality education, care and practices. You will be instrumental in providing families the very best start to their experiences in early education.
We are currently hiring for 1x permanent full-time and 1x maternity cover (9 months) role.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a cluster of around 7-8 services in either the Western suburbs or North Coastal suburbs of Perth.
- Lead, coach and develop Service Leaders to build high-performing teams, drive retention, and manage performance effectively.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Ensure strong compliance with all regulatory, child safety, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Drive quality outcomes by embedding curriculum standards, continuous improvement, and successful assessment and rating results.
- Support operational excellence across services, ensuring systems, processes, and commercial outcomes are consistently achieved.
- Work alongside our Centre Directors and their teams to uphold Nido’s commitment and values.
About you
- Have a minimum of 2 year’s experience in an Area Manager, Regional Co-Ordinator, or similar role.
- Be passionate and dedicated to lead teams dedicated to the Reggio Emilia approach.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Strong time management skills both written and verbal.
- Hold a valid WA WWCC or willing to obtain.
- Hold a valid driving license in WA.
