About the Role
As Manager Product Performance & Optimisation, you will play a key role in supporting BOQ’s Business Lending, Home Loan and Deposit Product teams to drive portfolio growth, profitability and customer value. Working at the intersection of product, analytics and pricing, you will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, influence strategic decisions and optimise product performance across the portfolio.
You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Finance, Treasury and Analytics to develop and implement pricing strategies that balance commercial outcomes with customer needs and market competitiveness. The role also supports the governance of pricing initiatives, including preparing proposals, coordinating key forums and committees, monitoring outcomes and ensuring robust governance practices are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with stakeholder influence to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
About You
You are commercially astute, analytically strong and naturally curious about what drives business performance. You are skilled at turning complex information into actionable insights and are confident working with data to support decision-making and value creation. With experience in financial services or a similar commercial environment, you understand the importance of balancing growth, profitability, risk and customer outcomes.
You are a strong relationship builder who can effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, communicate complex concepts clearly and influence positive outcomes. You have experience working with reporting, modelling or analytical tools and are comfortable navigating large data sets to identify trends and opportunities. While qualifications such as Accounting, CFA or similar are desirable, your ability to think strategically, solve problems and deliver results in a collaborative environment will be key to your success in this role.
