As Vice President, Finance , you will control and influence a high-performing international finance organization across Australia, India, and Asia. You'll provide mentorship, performance coaching, and professional development to your direct reports and their teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be responsible for making complex, strategic decisions that have a significant impact across the organization. You'll hold full accountability for the region's financial performance, including financial stewardship, planning, governance, risk management, and the achievement of business objectives.
Working with a global scope, you'll collaborate closely with the Group Leadership Team, Global Finance Leadership Team, and Regional Leadership Team to help shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure alignment across the enterprise.
Your decisions will have a substantial impact on business performance, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and our ability to deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
Provide insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, including profitability and ROI analysis, sales target setting, business plan reviews, pricing strategy, pricing reviews, and cost optimization initiatives.
Measure and report business performance to key stakeholders, including Regional business leaders, the Regional Senior Leadership Team, and the Group Senior Leadership Team.
Lead across functions, align diverse stakeholders, foster high-performing teams, and drive organizational change without relying on formal authority is essential.
