Oversee evaluation of financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness
Proven Technical Expertise: 5+ years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or audit roles, with significant exposure to capital markets transactions and IPO readiness
Strategic Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial and business issues, assess risks holistically, and deliver insightful, pragmatic recommendations
Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and foster a collaborative, client-focused culture
