About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Rack and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products manually or using approved equipment.
- Assist with general warehouse and labouring duties.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly.
Skills and Experience
- Previous labouring, warehouse, manufacturing, or racking experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
