Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia's largest rural water corporation, supporting more than 25,000 customers across northern Victoria.
We're seeking an experienced Water Trading Coordinator to lead our Tatura-based customer support team.
Reporting to the Manager Customer Experience, this Band C role leads a team responsible for responsive, accurate and high-quality customer service.
You'll coach and support your team, oversee daily operations, manage complex customer enquiries and ensure records and entitlements are maintained in line with legislation, policy and business rules.
- Lead team workflows to meet service targets and quality standards.
- Support, coach and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Resolve complex and escalated customer matters.
- Provide clear guidance on customer accounts, entitlements and administrative requirements.
- Work with customers, colleagues and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and practical process changes.
You'll bring strong people leadership, sound judgement and experience in a customer support or administrative environment. A proven ability to meet or exceed business KPIs will be highly regarded.
- Experience leading a customer service or administration team.
- Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a busy environment.
- A commitment to accurate records, compliance and quality service.
- A positive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.
- Police check.
- Victorian Driver Licence.
- Australian working rights.
Based in Tatura, with flexible arrangements considered where business outcomes can still be delivered.
