Endacom Pty Limited was created in 2005 and has grown exponentially in to an established market leader in the tunnel and civil construction industry. We are seeking a Carpenter (Formworker) to join our team and carry out formwork carpentry works ensuring structural accuracy, safety compliance, and quality concrete outcomes in line with engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and dismantle timber, steel, and modular formwork
- Read and interpret construction drawings and set-out plans
- Set out works and obtain levels to specification
- Perform shuttering, steel fixing, and concrete finishing
- Prepare formwork for slabs, walls, columns, piles, kerbs, and footpaths
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
- Calculate concrete quantities and assist with concrete pours
- Coordinate with other trades on site
- Order materials and maintain tools and equipment
- Comply with WHS and site safety procedures
Industry Experience
- Relevant qualification in Carpentry or if no qualification, at least 3-5 years of relevant civil construction or formwork experience.
- Proven ability to interpret technical and structural drawings
- Strong understanding of formwork systems, concrete behaviour, and load bearing requirements.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
