WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially aware Senior Drill & Blast Engineer to join our EMTS team, supporting operations across NSW and QLD.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of technical programs and value-driven solutions, working closely with customers, operations, and commercial teams to improve blasting performance and strengthen long-term partnerships.
This is a senior, customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives on solving complex problems, influencing outcomes, and delivering measurable improvements in drill and blast performance.
Ideally you will have;
- 7+ years’ experience in mining and drill & blast
- Strong technical capability in blast performance analysis and optimisation
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational
- Demonstrated safety leadership and risk management
