Sales and Marketing Manager
SUKO Nordic Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of the business across the Australian market.
SUKO Nordic Australia is a complementary medicines company specialising in rosehip powder products that support joint health and immune system function.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth
· Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
· Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, healthcare practitioners and key stakeholders
· Coordinate branding, digital marketing, e-commerce and promotional activities
· Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights
· Lead customer acquisition and business development initiatives
· Represent the company at industry events, meetings and commercial presentations
· Support commercial planning, budgeting and growth strategies
· Coordinate communication and positioning of the company's product portfolio
· Work closely with international stakeholders to support business objectives and expansion initiatives
Skills and Experience
· Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
· Demonstrated experience in sales management, marketing, business development or commercial management
· Scientific qualifications or experience in pharmacy, life sciences, biology, health sciences or a related field will be highly regarded
· Understanding of health, wellness or complementary medicine products will be highly regarded
· Experience working with distributors, retail partners or healthcare practitioner networks will be highly regarded
· Ability to manage relationships with international suppliers, stakeholders and commercial partners
· Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
· Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
