About the Role
As Regional Manager, you’ll be both a strategic and hands-on leader — driving lending performance, empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
You’ll play a key role in connecting business strategy to frontline delivery, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and member satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and inspiring your team to achieve lending and customer experience goals.
- Driving performance through clear direction, accountability, and ongoing development.
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships that support business growth.
- Developing and executing regional plans aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Fostering engagement and team connection through strong communication, support, and recognition.
- Championing compliance, risk management, and adherence to lending policy and regulatory requirements.
- Embracing digital tools and new technologies to drive efficiency and improve the member experience.
Representing People First Bank in the community and building our presence as a trusted and values-led lender.

You will bring:
- Demonstrated success in home lending, with a deep understanding of products, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data and trends to drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence, coach and connect with others.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and team engagement.
- High level of digital fluency, embracing innovation and process improvement.
- A genuine passion for helping members achieve their financial goals and developing people to reach their potential
Experience in sales management and a broad knowledge of the financial services industry will be highly regarded.
