We are a registered NDIS provider seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or above (AHPRA registered) to join our growing NDIS services team as a Clinical Supervisor (Urology).
This role is central to ensuring safe, high-quality delivery of high intensity supports, with a particular focus on urinary catheter care (indwelling, intermittent, and suprapubic catheter management) within a community and disability support setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical leadership and oversight of urology related clinical procedures
- Direct urology nursing support to people with disability in their homes
- Training and assessing competency of support staff
- Creating personalised urology care plans and managing implementation
- Risk management, incident management and escalation responses
- Complying with NDIS Practice Standards and Clinical Governance Framework
For consideration, please ensure you have the following:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an RN or above
- Strong experience in catheter care (IDC, SPC, ISC) and continence management
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NSW WWCC
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Australian Working Rights
- Driver’s license and car with insurance

- Hourly rate is negotiable based on your experience and qualification level
- This is a casual position (no minimum hours), but contractors with own ABN are welcome to apply
- Korean language skills highly regarded
