VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our clients' business Dropbear Adventures in Noosaville. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills.
Position Summary:
The role of Office Manager is responsible for the full operation of office management activities at our company.
The incumbent in the role is expected to operate at a consistently high standard ensuring core administrative systems and relevant personnel are operating effectively and efficiently to adequately meet the needs of our growing business.
Scope of the role:
The scope of this role is broad, encompassing the full scope of activities required to support the smooth running of our office environment.
Main Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee administrative processes relating to tour bookings, accommodation reservations, customer enquiries and day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop, implement and review office procedures, administrative systems and service standards to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Allocate administrative resources, office facilities and support staff to meet the operational requirements of the business.
- Supervise and assign work tasks, monitor performance and provide training and guidance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Maintain and manage customer records, booking systems, financial documentation, correspondence and other business administration records.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, accommodation providers, contractors and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations and resolve administrative matters.
- Oversee office budgets, process invoices, monitor expenditure and maintain accurate financial and administrative records for management reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, tourism industry obligations and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements; while coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and staff record management activities.
Hours of work:
This is a full-time role where the employee will be expected to work at least 38 hours per week.

Remuneration: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 + Super
