Service Coordinator – NSW
Sydney, NSW | Full-time
FUJIFILM Australia is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Technical Services function, based in NSW.
This role supports service and administration operations across Fujifilm Technical Services (FTS), Medical and Graphic Systems Solutions, and plays a key part in ensuring technicians, contractors and customers are supported efficiently and service standards are consistently met across NSW.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling technicians and contractors to optimise workloads
- Allocating job numbers, prioritising service calls and coordinating installations with customers
- Supporting field service teams with operational and customer service requirements
- Managing pre-installation requirements, including equipment, accessories and consumables
- Ordering and following up spare parts and reconciling boot stock
- Invoicing all service calls and installations and ensuring jobs are closed accurately in Astea
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries within agreed service standards
- Providing reception support, greeting visitors and managing visitor processes
- Managing mail, courier bookings and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records, files and service data
- Supporting quality, environmental and WHS compliance in line with FUJIFILM Australia policies
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a service coordination, administration or secretarial role within a service or customer-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills and a professional customer service approach
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with service teams
- Experience in a technical service environment or familiarity with service management systems will be highly regarded
