We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Administration All-Rounder to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, tech-savvy and enjoys a varied role spanning order processing, purchasing, inventory, accounts and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing – monitor and process customer orders with accuracy.
- Purchasing - managing all local and overseas purchasing and stock replenishment. You will deal with overseas factories in China and Mandarin Chinese 中文 language abilities are beneficial (but not compulsory)
- Inventory & Stock Control – conduct stock counts, maintain records, and coordinate warehouse operations.
- Customer Support – respond to enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service.
- Logistics & Deliveries – book freight, liaise with drivers, and ensure smooth dispatch.
- Samples & Warehouse Support – manage sample requests and dispatch to customers.
- Accounts & Bookkeeping – basic accounts (receivables & payables) in Xero.
- Administration – general office admin and other day-to-day support tasks.
About You
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and happy to roll up your sleeves – every day will be different – every day will be different.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in operations, logistics, accounts, or office admin.
- Confident using Xero and stock/inventory systems.
- Tech-savvy – quick with computers, email, printers and basic office tools.
- Physically fit – comfortable lifting and packing product samples.
- Strong English communication (written & spoken).
- Bonus: Additional language skills e.g. Mandarin Chinese (beneficial, not compulsory).

- Location: Office & warehouse at 87 Allingham St, Condell Park NSW
- Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (4 - 5 days / week), 8:00am - 4pm or 9:00am - 5pm.
