We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in a hybrid community-based role across Melbourne.
About the Role
This role involves working with NDIS participants in their homes, community settings, schools, and via telehealth. You will support participants to improve independence, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to build clinical experience with ongoing supervision, mentoring, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and therapy sessions
- Develop person-centred therapy plans and reports
- Support participants with daily living skills, sensory regulation, and independence
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Provide recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Deliver services both face-to-face and via telehealth
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Passion for working within the disability and community sector
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a PBS Practitioner, you will work closely with NDIS participants, families, carers, and support teams to develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support strategies that improve quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern.
This hybrid role includes community visits, telehealth services, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behaviour assessments and functional behaviour assessments
- Develop comprehensive behaviour support plans
- Implement person-centred and trauma-informed strategies
- Support participants, families, and support workers through education and training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and reports
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, or related field
- Eligible to register as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- New graduates and experienced practitioners are welcome to apply
