Škoda is looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing Workshop team based at Warwick Farm. As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while delivering the high standards expected of the Škoda brand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnosing vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional repair requirements
- Performing repairs in line with manufacturer specifications and standards
- Completing accurate job cards, reports and service documentation
- Working efficiently to meet workshop productivity and quality targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Collaborating with Service Advisors and the wider dealership team
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
You’ll bring:
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- Previous experience as a Motor Mechanic or Automotive Technician
- Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- European or Volkswagen Group experience is highly regarded
