The Opportunity:
A newly created role, working directly alongside the eCommerce Lead, wider Digital team & the Digital Director, to manage the online, end-to-end customer experience function, across multiple high-growth eCommerce brands.
This role will manage onsite customer service operations, including ticket management, optimising support systems & processes and delivering exceptional experiences.
Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:
- Demonstrated experience in eCommerce Customer Service, with knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk or similar platforms
- Strong, hands-on experience with managing customer enquiries & tickets across email, live chat, helpdesk, social, AI agents, and marketplace channels
- A solid understanding of DTC, eCommerce customer journeys - experience with CRM or eCommerce Coordination would be super advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Prior experience with managing and optimising customer service platforms, workflows and operations processes
- Ability to deliver customer insights and reporting to identify trends, improve experiences, and support business decisions
