We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in an office environment. This role would also suit a part-time student seeking valuable office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing email correspondence with clients, staff members, and government agencies
- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
- Assisting accountants with administrative and office support tasks
- Maintaining organised filing and record systems
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently within a team
- Competent computer and administrative skills
- Previous reception or administration experience preferred
