Snowy Mill Bakery is looking forward to welcome a new Head Barista/Supervisor!
We are looking for someone confident enough to take responsibility of the coffee section and help lead our small café team. This is a long-term position, we hope to welcome someone who is willing to grow with our new café.
Starting October.
- 2+ years barista experience, ideally in a busy café
- Confident with dialling in, grinder adjustment and troubleshooting
- Previous supervisor / shift leader experience preferred
- Confident running a shift independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and café procedures
- Comfortable with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS
- Able to help with stock control and ordering
- Available for weekends

Pay: $35.00 – $37.58 per hour
