Experience in organising, recruitment, campaigning or community engagement.
-
Strong administration and database management skills.
-
Excellent digital literacy and confidence using online communication tools.
-
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
-
The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of the tertiary education sector or experience supporting activist or volunteer networks will be highly regarded.
-
Salary Level 5 ($99,447-$107,519) or Level 6 ($112,274-$123,082) depending on your skills and experience.
-
17% employer superannuation.
-
Full-time permanent position.
-
A supportive and values-driven team environment.
-
Work that genuinely makes a difference for workers across South Australia's higher education sector.
-
Conditions under a national collective agreement with benefits comparable to those enjoyed by NTEU members.
The NTEU is committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace.
We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, who will receive priority consideration throughout the selection process.
If you're looking for a career where you can advocate for fair workplaces, empower others and help shape the future of higher education, we'd love to hear from you.
