About the Role
Working Monday to Friday in a full-time position, you'll support HOPE's digital presence through the creation, coordination and delivery of engaging content across multiple platforms.
You'll work closely with teams across the organisation to identify storytelling opportunities, develop campaigns and create content that strengthens community engagement, builds brand awareness and promotes HOPE's services.
From capturing stories in the field to developing social media campaigns, creating videos and maintaining website content, no two days will be the same.
What You'll Be Doing-
Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital communications

Develop graphics, videos, reels, articles and promotional materials

Manage and grow HOPE's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules
-
Capture stories, testimonials and content opportunities from programs across the organisation

Maintain website content and ensure information remains accurate and accessible

Support digital marketing campaigns and community awareness initiatives

Monitor engagement and analyse campaign performance
-
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve digital reach and impact

Support events, conferences and community activities through promotional and content creation activities

Maintain marketing assets, communication databases and promotional materials
You'll bring:

Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field
-
Experience creating digital content across social media, video, photography and graphic design platforms
-
Experience managing social media platforms using content scheduling tools
-
Proficiency using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar content creation software
-
Basic photography, videography and content production skills
-
A creative mindset with the ability to identify and develop engaging content opportunities
-
Understanding of brand management and visual consistency
-
A commitment to ethical, inclusive and culturally safe communications
Highly Desirable-
Experience working within the not-for-profit, community services or purpose-driven sectors

Experience using WordPress, Craft CMS or other website content management systems

Experience with MailChimp or email marketing platforms
-
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid digital advertising

Experience analysing digital performance and campaign metrics
-
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive communication principles
