Store Manager - Boost Juice Macquarie

As a manager, you will be responsible for developing and motivating the team to give the best customer experience every time and you will be incentivized monthly for hitting your store KPIs.
We want you to take our store to the next level in operational excellence to be the BEST BOOST EVER!
Boost is after a motivational leader, who is business savvy, have a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
What you will bring to Boost:
· Management experience in retail or hospitality
· Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit
· Able to lead a large and passionate team
· Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time!
· Able to problem solve and multi-task whilst smiling your head off
