In the role of Business Banking Manager 3 Broker, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Liaise with commercial brokers to manage customer relationships
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
- Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
You’ll bring to this role:
- Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
- Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
