Gobind Roadways Pty Ltd is seeking three experienced Truck Drivers to join its team based in Casuarina, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive heavy vehicles to transport goods.
· Load and unload goods using forklifts, cranes, or by hand as required.
· Ensure load is properly secured to prevent any damage during transport.
· Plan delivery routes, follow assigned schedules and deliver goods safely and on time.
· Inspect trucks before and after trips, checking oil, tyres, brakes, lights and other safety items.
· Keep delivery logs, fuel usage and maintenance records.
· Follow all road and transport safety regulations, including fatigue management and weight limits.
· Report any vehicle defects, accidents or delays promptly to management.
· Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the vehicle.
Requirements
Minimum AQF Certificate II qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of full-time experience as a truck driver.
Valid Australian Heavy Vehicle Licence (MC/HC).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear driving history with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and routine safety checks.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends as required.
