About the Role: As a Pastry Apprentice, you'll work alongside our pastry team and develop skills in:
- Cookie and pastry production
- Mixing, baking and decorating products
- Food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Stock rotation and ingredient handling
- Kitchen organisation and cleaning
- Production planning and workflow management
What We're Looking For:
- Passionate about baking and pastry
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work effeciently in a fast-paced environment
- Available three or more days a week and can start from 6am
