We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our team in various locations around Australia including FIFO and Perth based roles, across both civil infrastructure and mining projects.
Whether you’re a seasoned HSE professional or starting to build your career, if you have the right attitude, communication skills, and drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

What can you expect?
As an experienced safety professional, we do not believe in providing you a shopping list of standard tasks straight from a PD. Instead, a key focus of your role will be providing field-based support to operational teams in the delivery of safety leadership. You can expect to spend time working in partnership with onsite management and supervision to ensure a level of compliance, but primarily to drive a culture of safety excellence through behaviours, actions and working above the line.
What we are really looking for is:
- Hands-on site experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine care for people and safety
- Technically sound and solutions focused
- Confident with systems, reporting and compliance
Essentials:
- Minimum Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (WHS)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card
- Right to work in Australia
- Positive attitude
