A day in the life
As an In-store Visual Merchandiser for Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:

Establishing and maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
standards to maximise store shopability and profitability -
Executing and adapting visual merchandising memos, in line with Ghanda Clothing’s creative direction, to optimise return on floor space and generate consumer interest

Planning, coordinating and executing seasonal updates

Analysing product performance to refine store-specific merchandising decisions

Providing on-the-floor training and coaching to retail team members on visual
merchandising fundamentals
About you
We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone with:

Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising and inventory control, ideally in a fashion retail setting

Commercial acumen and proactive operational troubleshooting skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
