What you'll be doing
As an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred, evidence-informed nursing care to patients undergoing surgical and procedural interventions. You will work closely with anaesthetists, surgeons and the wider healthcare team to ensure the safe and effective delivery of care throughout the perioperative experience.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and best practice
Deliver high-quality, timely and culturally responsive care to patients with diverse health needs
Collaborate effectively with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Support, mentor and contribute to the development of nursing colleagues, students and support staff
Promote patient safety, evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives
