Hilal Meat Products Company, a leading player in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking an Electrician to join our team in our Echuca facility. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in our well-established meat production operations.
About you:
- You must be reliable, physically fit and willing to work as part of a team.
- You understand the importance of good hygiene.
- You have already had a Q Fever vaccination or are willing to participate in the vaccination process.
- Ability to commute/relocate: Echuca, VIC 3564: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
About the Role:
- examining blueprints, wiring diagrams and specifications to determine sequences and methods of operation
- measuring and laying out installation reference points
- selecting, cutting and connecting wire and cable to terminals and connectors
- using electrical and electronic test instruments to trace and diagnose faults
- repairing and replacing faulty wiring and defective parts
- positioning and installing electrical switchboards
- connecting electrical systems to power supply
- testing continuity of circuit
- installing, testing and adjusting electric and mechanical parts of lifts
- installing, testing and commissioning solar photo voltaic (PV) power generation systems
Required:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Relevant Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or relevant Certificate IV.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
