About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Financial Adviser to join our leading telephone-based Intra-Fund Advice Team . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of Australia’s largest superannuation funds and help educate Australians on how to make the most of their retirement savings.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality intra-fund and retirement advice to members via phone.
- Understand member needs and simplify complex financial concepts.
- Gather client circumstances, goals, and objectives through online fact-finding.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with support teams including paraplanning, technical officers, and compliance.
- Contribute to a positive, member-centric advice culture.
- Adapt to a structured environment while managing competing priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a financial advice role.
- Meets FASEA education requirements (or near completion).
- Passed the FASEA Ethics Examination and RG146 compliant.
- Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
- Strong technical knowledge across key advice disciplines.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Passion for helping people and delivering best-practice advice.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change.
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
