What we’re looking for
- Previous leadership experience in hotels, hospitality or lifestyle venues
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for people, service and creating memorable experiences
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel systems is highly regarded
- Must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
