We are now seeking an experienced Site Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and wants their work to directly support large-scale mining success.
As a Site Administrator, you will be the operational heartbeat of the site — ensuring seamless coordination, accurate reporting and efficient administrative support that keeps our teams moving safely and productively. This position is offered on a 5:2 DIDO roster and is a residential opportunity based in Kalgoorlie, allowing you to enjoy a consistent work-life balance while remaining connected to a close-knit local community.
- Coordinating with teams, clients and stakeholders across site.
- Keeping office operations efficient, compliant and organised.
- Managing production data, payroll and employee records.
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for personnel, maintaining rosters, processing site documentation and ensuring timely communication with employees, clients and internal teams.
- Handling general office duties, purchase orders, reporting and onboarding of new starters, while upholding best-practice standards and maintaining key systems such as MINREP.
- Building effective working relationships across teams while delivering strong administrative support to ensure smooth site operations and achievement of departmental goals.
- Minimum 3 years' Site Administration experience within the mining industry.
- Previous site-based administration experience in a mining environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- SAP or similar ERP system experience (desirable).
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Ability to reside in or relocate to Kalgoorlie.
