The Opportunity
We are looking for an artist with great product knowledge and passion to work in our beautiful Art Store on a casual basis, this role is for a minimum of three days per week including Saturdays. You will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;
- Opening and closing of the store
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
- Maintaining the store’s appearance
About You:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
- Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
- Flexibility across the 6 days of the week including Saturdays
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
