New Home Sales Consultant Display Centre · Full-time
We're after one motivated salesperson to join a small team and take ownership of one of our display homes. There's real money to be made here, you'll get proper support from people who know how to sell, and there's a clear path to build a long-term career in new home sales.

What you'll be doing
Running your display home day to day and treating it like it's your own.
Looking after the buyers who walk through the door, working out what they want, and helping them find the right home.
Managing the whole sales process from the first chat through to a signed contract. These deals usually take somewhere between one and three months, so a big part of the job is keeping people warm and moving things along.
Being a genuine help to buyers rather than a pushy salesperson, guiding them through one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.
Working closely with a small team to hit targets and then beat them.
Staying on top of your follow-ups, your pipeline and your reporting.

Experience in sales is preferred but not essential. If you've got the right attitude and the drive to learn, we'll give you full training and guidance on the job and teach you everything you need to know.
A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport.
What's on offer
Base salary of $60,000 + Comission
Commission on every home you close, uncapped, with strong on-target earnings and plenty of upside for high performers.
On-target earnings of around ~$120,000.
