Oh Happy Day Cafe is looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our Point Cook cafe.
This is a hands-on barista position for someone who is confident working in a busy cafe environment, understands what great coffee and service look like, and can stay calm and organised when the cafe gets busy.
A minimum of 2 years' barista experience is essential.
This is an experienced hospitality position and is not suitable for applicants looking for their first cafe or hospitality job.
Your Role
- Prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently.
- Work confidently on the coffee machine during busy service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
- Communicate effectively with FOH and kitchen during service.
- Help keep the cafe running smoothly during busy periods.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Follow OHD coffee, service and presentation standards.
What We're Looking For
