About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Works well within a team
- Is reliable, organised and eager to learn
- Understands food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Experience
Chef de Partie
- Previous experience running a section in a busy kitchen
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to train junior chefs
Breakfast Chef
- Experience in high-volume breakfast or café service
- Calm under pressure during busy mornings
- Passion for fresh, seasonal produce
Commis Chef
- Commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Culinary students are encouraged to apply
- Great opportunity to develop under experienced chefs
