Our newly appointed Head Chef Shaun Manning is seeking an outstanding candidate to take a senior position in our food and catering operation.
You must have at least 1 year full-time experience and Certificate IV.
Helping lead a team of 14 Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen Hands, we look for an inspirational team member to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Food Preparation for Restaurant, Cafe, Sports bar, Functions, Conferences and Room Service
- Menu Development
- Help achieve Financial Controls including Wage Percentages, Food Costs & Turnover Targets
- Supplier Relationships and Product Quality
- Stock Control
- Compliance - Food Safety, WHS, IR
The hotel consists of 100 seat restaurant, 150 seat cafe, function room, sports bar, conference centre and accommodation. Meals are offered all day from 7.30am - 10pm, 7 Days.

Pay: $76,515.00 – $79,500.00 per year
