Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Demonstrated experience delivering advanced social work services in complex clinical settings.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications related to social work and/or experience leading service development and quality improvement activities.
