Office Administrator / Customer Service
with Accounts Support
Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–2:00pm | Minto NSW
Looking for a part-time role with consistent hours, variety, and a friendly team? We’re seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations — from customer service and order processing through to basic accounts and invoicing support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Customer Service & Office Administration
- Being the friendly first point of contact for incoming phone calls
- Assisting customers with orders and general enquiries
- Processing orders and helping coordinate dispatch
- Receiving deliveries and checking stock
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment
- Helping with simple social media posts (training provided)
- Supporting the team with general office and admin tasks
Accounts Support
- Raising and sending customer invoices and purchase orders
- Basic data entry into accounting software (MYOB)
- Following up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
- Reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Assisting with end-of-month reconciliation and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and filing of financial documents
- Liaising with suppliers and customers to resolve account queries
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, office systems, and accounting software
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Some experience with invoicing, accounts, or bookkeeping is a plus — but not essential
Experience in office admin, customer service, or accounts is helpful, but not essential — we value attitude and reliability and will provide training.
